Perfect Picnic Popcorn Squares

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 5 Min. What you need:

+ 1 c. light corn syrup
+ 1/2 c. sugar + 1/2 c. brown sugar + 1 c. reduced fat peanut butter + 3/4 c. raisins + 8 c. air-popped popcorn What to do:
1. Combine corn syrup, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly; boil 2-3 min. Remove saucepan from heat. 3. Combine popcorn and raisins in large bowl; pour hot mixture over popcorn and toss carefully with wooden spoons to mix until well-coated. 4. Spray 9 x 13-in. baking dish with cooking spray; press popcorn mixture into pan and cool completely. 5. Cut into squares and serve. Customer Reviews for this Recipe
