Fantastic Pork Fajitas

What you need:

+ 1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into 3x1x1/8-in. strips
*1/2 med. onion, peeled and sliced
+ 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
+ 2 tsp. vegetable oil
+ 4 flour tortillas, warmed
+ 1 c. prepared Salsa
What to do:
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Stir-fry pork, onion and green pepper 5-6 min., until pork is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
3. Roll up pork mixture in flour tortillas and serve with salsa.
