What you need:

+ 6 oz. ice
+ 4 oz. whole strawberries
+ 4 oz. low fat vanilla yogurt
+ 3 oz. cream of coconut
What to do:
1. In blender container, combine ingredients. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve in a frosted glass.

Delicious, but too much for me. I'd call it 2 servings.
