Key Vaca Shrimp

What you need:

1-1/2 lb. Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Florida lime juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
What to do:
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, coriander and allspice. Set aside.
2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat and cook shrimp 3 to 4 min. on both sides until opaque in the center. Add lime juice, sugar and pepper sauce to pan; stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Serve with toasted garlic bread and green salad.
