Salmon Appetizers

What you need:

1 pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets
4 oz. smoked salmon, flaked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
What to do:
1. Cut twelve 2" rounds of dough from one pastry sheet; place in greased muffin cups. (Freeze remaining pastry sheet for later use.)
2. Top dough rounds with flaked salmon.
3. Mix cream cheese, chives and lemon juice until creamy. Top salmon with about 1 Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture or pipe cream cheese over salmon, if desired.
4. Bake at 375° F for 15 to 18 min. Serve warm.
