Hot Crab Starter

What you need:

4 oz. mixed crabmeat
1 large avocado
fresh lemon juice
4 oz. lowfat cream cheese
1 tsp. tomato puree
few drops TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
salt and black pepper
2 prosciutto ham slices
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F,
2. Halve the avocado and remove stone. Scoop out the centers and place the skins to one side.
3. Chop avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients, except the ham, and mix well.
4. Fill avocado shells and top each with a scrunched slice of ham.
Bake for 10 min. or until crab mixture is hot and ham is crisp.
