Horseradish-Crusted White Fish

What you need:

4 white fish (ocean perch, rockfish, tilapia fillets) (6 oz. each)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 anchovy fillet (optional)
1 pinch white pepper
flour to coat
What to do:
1. Blend mayonnaise, horseradish, bread crumbs, garlic, anchovy and pepper in food processor.
2. Dredge fish fillet in flour then coat with horseradish mixture. Bake in 350°F oven for 9 to 12 min. until fish flakes easily with a fork.
