Hot Crab Hash with Corn and Wisconsin Gruyère

What you need:

1/4 c. canola oil
8 oz. crabmeat, crumbled
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
6 oz. poblano peppers, roasted and chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, minced
6 oz. sweet corn, roasted
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Wisconsin Gruyère cheese
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
salt, to taste
What to do:
1. In a sauté pan, heat canola oil. Dust crabmeat with cornmeal; sauté until crisp. Add peppers, corn, Worcestershire sauce and salt; cook until softened. Top hash with Gruyère cheese; broil until cheese melts.
