Deep Sea Dip

What you need:

8 oz. white fish fillet, skinned
1 red apple, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 oz. low-fat soft cheese
5 oz. natural yogurt
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
few drops Tabasco sauce
salt and black pepper
What to do:
Microwave Power: 800 Watt
1. Place cubed fish in a shallow microwave-proof dish, sprinkle with 1-2 Tbsp. water.
2. Cook on HIGH for 2 min. Stand for 1 min. Drain and discard cooking liquor, leave to cool.
3. Meanwhile, sprinkle apple with lemon juice and mix together with cheese, yogurt, herbs and Tabasco.
4. Flake the fish and stir carefully into the prepared mixture, season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve with savory biscuits, slices of pita bread or sticks of crunchy vegetables.
