Seafood and Avocado Pocket Sandwich

What you need:

8 oz. pkg. surimi seafood, finely chopped
2 avocados, pitted and sliced
4 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
thin tomato slices (optional)
lettuce leaves (optional)
pita bread halves
What to do:
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and chill at least 2 hr.
2. To serve, place a tomato slice and lettuce leaf (optional) in each pita half. Spoon seafood mixture into bread. Serve immediately.
