Stone Crab Claws with Spicy Golden Mustard Sauce

What you need:

3 lbs. medium Florida stone crab claws
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. half and half
What to do:
1. Crack claws; remove shell and movable pincher, leaving meat attached to the remaining pincher. Set aside.
2. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce; blend slowly for 3 min.
3. Add small amounts of half and half until mixture has a creamy consistency.
4. Serve claws with mustard sauce on the side. Note: Sauce can be refrigerated up to 5 days. Yields 4 servings.
