Fast Fishy Pizza

What you need:

8 oz. smoked mackerel fillet, skinned and roughly flaked
4 Tbsp. crushed tomatoes
6" pizza crust
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
5 black ripe olives, stoned and halved
4 Tbsp. mozzarella cheese, shredded
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Spread tomato over pizza crust. Top with smoked mackerel, basil, olives and cheese.
3. Bake 8-10 min, or until golden brown.
4. Serve with a crisp green salad.
