Stuffed Sole with Spicy Tomato Sauce

What you need:

4 - 6 oz. sole fillets, skinned
3 oz. soft cheese with herbs, softened
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. pasta sauce
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place fillets on a chopping board skinned side up. Spread with soft cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Roll fillets and secure with a cocktail stick, if necessary.
3. Place fish rolls into a greased ovenproof dish and spoon pasta sauce over. Cover and bake10-15 min.
4. Serve with fresh pasta and green vegetables.
