Smoked Pasta Shells

What you need:

1 lb. smoked haddock or whiting fillets, skinned and cubed
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
12 oz. cheese sauce
4 Tbsp. frozen peas
2 medium tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
5 oz. large shell pasta, cooked
pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. Melt butter in a small pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook 1-2 min.
2. Add cheese sauce, peas, pepper, and fish. Simmer 8-10 min, until fish is cooked. Season again and stir in tomatoes.
3. Spoon fish mixture into each pasta shell and serve as a starter with a salad garnish.

*Tip: If preferred stir small cooked pasta shapes into the fish mixture instead of stuffing large shells.
