Fish and Tomato Gratin

What you need:

1 lb. haddock fillets, skinned
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Lay fillets in a greased ovenproof dish. Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle cheese over fish and bake 15-20 min.
4. Serve with mixed salad or jacket potatoes.
