Wahoo with Teriyaki Sauce

What you need:

1 lb. wahoo fillets (fresh or defrosted)
2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1 in. piece fresh ginger root, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
What to do:
1. Preheat grill. Lay fillets on a grill pan.
2. Mix teriyaki sauce with ginger and garlic. Spread over fillets.
3. Cook the fillets over a moderate heat for 6-8 min. Serve with noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
