Monkfish Morsels

What you need:

12 oz. monkfish fillets (fresh or defrosted), skinned and cubed in approx. 12 pieces
6 prosciutto slices
salt and pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. Preheat grill. Cut each prosciutto slice in half and wrap around the cubes of fish. Secure with a toothpick and season.
2. Cook on a moderately heated grill for 5-7 min, turning once.
