Grilled Tuna with Fennel & Thyme

What you need:

4 tuna steaks, fresh or defrosted
salt
ground pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
grated rind and juice of one lemon
2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
What to do:
1. Season the fish and place in a shallow dish.
2.Mix the oil, lemon rind and juice, thyme and fennel in a bowl. Pour over the fish and leave to marinate for 1-2 hrs.
2. Prepare a hot grill. When hot, cook the fish for 4-5 min. on each side.
3. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.

Note: a Lightly oiled griddle pan or a heavy based frying pan may used instead of grilling.
