Grilled Beef Kidneys

What you need:

2 beef kidneys (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
coarse salt
freshly-ground black pepper
What to do:
1. Place beef kidneys on the heated grill. 2. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill over low heat until firm to the touch but slightly pink in the center, about 10 to 15 minutes.
