Snow Crab Clusters with Dip

What you need:

20 oz. snow crab clusters
8 oz. white wine
2 cloves garlic
3-4 sprigs fresh parsley

Mediterranean Dip:
1/4 c. water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, dehydrated, chopped
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
1 Tbsp. chopped green olives
Mix all ingredients together; cover and refrigerate.
What to do:
1. Mix all dip ingredients together, cover and refrigerate.
2. Place steam basket in large pot; add water to depth of 3/4-in. Add wine, parsley and garlic; bring to a boil.
3. Place crab clusters in steam basket (or colander); reduce heat and steam, covered, 5 minutes.
4. Serve crab clusters with dip on the side.
Serve with:
Mediterranean Dip, Garlic Toasted Baguette,
Creme Caramel
Wine pairings:
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sancerre
