Grilled Crab Legs with Butter Sauce

What you need:

3 to 4 lbs. Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
1/2 c. unsalted melted butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
dash white pepper
What to do:
1. Place crab legs shell-side down on a well oiled grill 5-in. from the coals. Grill approximately 4 to 5 min., or until thoroughly heated.
2. Prepare butter sauce by mixing sauce ingredients together until combined.
3. Serve grilled crab with butter dipping sauce.
Serve with:
Baked potatoes
green tossed salad, sherbet & shortbread cookies
Wine pairings:
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio
