Grilled Alaska King Crab Legs & Provencal Butter

What you need:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
zucchini, red pepper and eggplant, sliced for grilling
What to do:
1. Melt butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary and remove from heat.
2. Place Alaska crab legs shell side down on an oiled grill. Grill approximately 4 min., brushing with butter mixture until the crab is thoroughly heated through.
3. Place vegetables on the grill. Brush with butter mixture and grill, turning occasionally until cooked through. Serve with remaining Provencal butter as a dipping sauce.
Serve with:
Grilled summer squash , eggplant & red peppers
Wine pairings:
Sancerre, Chardonnay, Fumé Blanc
