Crayfish Boil

What you need:

1 gal. water
1/2 c. of Kosher salt
1/2 c. of sugar
3-4 lbs. crayfish -Enough crayfish to be completely covered with the amount of water used.
What to do:
1. Bring water, salt and sugar to a boil. Boil crayfish for 10 min. then soak in the same water for 30 min.
2. Shell the crayfish and serve with garlic butter, or use in other dishes.
