Clams with Red Peppers and Pasta

What you need:

3 doz. fresh clams
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 large red bell peppers, diced
1/2 tsp. each fresh rosemary and thyme, chopped
cooked linguine
What to do:
1. Scrub clams, cover them with water and vinegar. Let stand 30 minutes, drain and rinse.
2. Prepare pasta.
3. In large skillet, sauté garlic and Tabasco sauce in olive oil and butter for several minutes.
4. Add remaining ingredients and clams. Cover skillet; simmer 8-10 min. until clams open. Discard clams that do not open.
5. Serve over cooked linguine.
