Broiled Catfish Fillets Italian Style

What you need:

1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets
1 large tomato, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. capers (optional)
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. reduced fat, shredded cheddar cheese,
What to do:
1. Preheat broiler. Stir together lemon juice, olive oil, and hot sauce. Brush both sides of fillets. Broil about 4" from heat for 5 minutes.
2. Stir together tomato, onion, capers and cheese. Spoon over fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; broil an additional 5 minutes.
