Breaded Basa Fillets

What you need:

1 lb.Basa fillets
2 Tbsp. milk,
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. each; garlic powder, celery salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
olive oil
What to do:
1. Combine milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, celery salt and egg in shallow dish; mix well. Add fish, turn to coat. Refrigerate for 15 min.
2. Remove fish from marinade; discard. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in zip-top plastic bag. Add fish fillets; shake to coat.
3. Heat tsp. olive oil in a large skillet. Add 2 pieces fish; cook 3 min. each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Repeat procedure with remaining fish. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
