Ham & Pasta Stir-fry

What you need:

1 lb. medium shells
2 c. leftover ham, diced
1/2 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced on the diagonal
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 lb. asparagus, cut diagonally in 2" pieces
1 c. fresh orange juice
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2. Heat small amount of oil in large skillet, and stir-fry carrots 2 minutes; add onion and asparagus and stir-fry another 3 minutes.
3. Add the ham and shrimp; stir to heat through.
4. Drain pasta and add to skillet.
5. Add juice to skillet and toss until hot.
6. Season to taste and serve immediately.
Serve with:
