Shrimp Scampi

What you need:

1-1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
lemon slices for garnish
parsley sprigs for garnish
What to do:
1. Rinse Florida shrimp and set aside. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 min. or until softened but not browned. Add shrimp, green onions, wine and lemon juice; cook until shrimp are pink and firm, about 1-2 min. on each side.
2. Add chopped parsley and pepper before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs if desired.
