What you need:

2 c. pitted fresh sweet cherries
1 c. strawberries, halved
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. diced apples
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lime
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. fresh mint
What to do:
1. Combine oil, 1 Tbsp. Lime juice, honey, mint, 1/2 tsp. lime peel and 1/8 tsp. salt; mix well.
2. Combine all fruit and toss with dressing.

Tips: Fresh blackberries, raspberries or halved strawberries may be substituted for blueberries.
