Alaska Surimi Seafood with Dipping Sauce

What you need:

12-16 oz. Alaska Surimi Seafood (Imitation crab)

Americana
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. creamy horseradish
1 tsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Southwest
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 c. low-fat sour cream or plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 tsp. each cayenne pepper, cumin, dried dill weed, and oregano

Spicy Avocado
1 avocado, seeded and mashed
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. wasabi paste, or to taste
Salt, to taste

Asian
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. each sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 green onions, sliced
What to do:
1. Blend sauce ingredients; cover until serving. Arrange Alaska Surimi Seafood on serving platter; serve with sauce choice(s): Americana, Southwest, Spicy Avocado, or Asian.
